It’s not unusual to see the total number of appointments decline in the last week of the summer and this year was no exception, with fewer and fewer appointments being made as the long weekend drew closer. However, appointments booked were actually higher by 5.2% than the same week in 2017. Our Sold/Appointment Index remained steady with 13.9 appointments on average per property sold. Our Top 5 Districts saw some diversity with Cayuga, Stoney Creek and Oakville ranking most popular. Price ranges in Hamilton and Burlington both shifted but remained within the overall range we have seen for most of the summer. August appointments were 13.4% higher than August 2017.
