Taking a look at the % change between the average sale price for freehold, residential properties in the Niagara Real Estate market between April 2017 and April 2018.  Our table shows the average sale price of homes in the Niagara Region for April 2018 and April 2017.  It shows average days on market (DOM) and total sales volume (# Sales) for each Municipality as well. Numbers are for residential properties, freehold homes only. Excluding condominiums.

For all of Niagara, the average sale price in April 2018 was $441,833, for 567 properties sold. Average days on market was 34. Compared to April 2017 this is an increase of 1.04% in the average sale price. Properties sold more quickly in April 2017 18 days compared to 34 days on average in April 2018. 756 properties were sold in April 2017.
